Every now again we all need a good giggle. So, when everyone is worrying about the weather, global warming and climate change now is a good time to compile a top 10 weather forecast comedy list. Despite the current reports of floods, droughts, extreme cold and extreme heat the weather forecast does not have to be all doom and gloom. The Top 10 from around the world:
