Whatever newspaper you pick up or television station you watch, the news always seems to contain something on China. With 2008 being the year of the Chinese Olympics, it’s place on the world media stage is assured. Just this week we saw the unveiling of the beautiful Chinese National Swimming centre aka The Bubble Building. And with the Chinese new Year looming on the horizon, London is joining in the celebrations. A full season of events has been organised to celebrate not only the New Year but also London’s relationship with China and Beijing. On February the 10th join in the colourful elaborate New Year Festival in China Town,  celebrating the Year of the Rat, it is the largest outside Asia.
